Process Analysis
Process refinement is a lower-level yet crucial exercise performed by the doers on the manufacturing floor. Every time a part, sub-assembly, or final-assembly is produced there are opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality. Measurement tools are built into our processes so they can be managed and improved upon. It's one way we get better.

Procurement
Supply chains have experienced many challenges in recent years. To mitigate delays we work closely with a number of affiliates to procure materials. This ranges from metals to fasteners. Our supplier affiliates have a proven track-record for delivering high-quality materials quickly and at competitive prices.

Product Life-Cycle Planning
Planning a product is more complex than designing it. We guide our customers through the product life-cycle. Products evolve over time. Parts are redesigned, assembly processes are refactored, different materials are considered, new versions are imagnined, cost-reduction exercises are implemented. Risk is mitigated by knowing what we're doing.

CNC Thermal Cutting
Repeatable, high-quality, deburred metal parts can be delivered due to our 5x10 Foot thermal cutting table and commercial rotary tumbler. A variety of materials from mild and stainless steel to aluminum can be cut. For thick parts we can CNC oxy-acetylene cut up to 8 inch steel plate. With our 4th-axis we can CNC cut square and round tube.

CNC Press Brake Bending
Precisely bent sheet-metal parts are deliverable in a variety of metals. We operate a 175 Ton, 10 Foot working width CNC hydraulic press brake. We're equipped with features such as CNC crowning, a 5-axis backgauge, and a host of tooling to ensure your parts or products are made consisently and affordably.

Precision Assembly
Delivering consistent products economically requires not only beginning with high-quality parts but also employing precise fixturing. Our product assembly is performed on a precision ground fixture table. This allows us to repeatedly deliver according to exacting product requirements. This flexible, precise approach increases quality and value.

Quality Control
Ensuring every product meets quality criteria is an important, final step before delivery to our clients. We employ checks at each step of the manufacturing process and measure against first-articles. A first-article is the client-approved part, sub-assembly, or final assembly that represents the standard for all others.

Welding
MIG, TIG, and Stick welding services are available. We deliver pulse, double-pulse, spray transfer and other welding types with premium arc dynamics.

Cold-Cutting
Manufacturing and fabrication results in drops, which are left over pieces of metal. We can cut and sell these pieces in bulk batches. Call us for availability.

Powder Coating
Our business neighbor, Top Dog Powder Coating, provides this service. We partnered with them because they do the work right the first time!

Punching & Shearing
We operate a 71 Ton Ironworker with a vareity of punches and dies to perform punching. This machine is also equipped for shearing and coping.

Kitting
Batch production runs can be kitted to streamline delivery and subsequent production stages. Kitting racks are designed and fabricated in-house.

Loading & Unloading
We have the equipment to load palettes of products on flatbeds or truck beds. Likewise we can unload materials and products for servicing. Call us for more info.

Delivery
Local affiliates provide our delivery services. We coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safe, timely delivery of your products.

Status & Reporting
Our clients have a right to be accurately informed of the status of their production. We employ modern technologies to provide timely status information.
